"Exceeded Expectations. I tested the project and the result was outstanding. Then we hired hired them to do a landscaping project to augment the driveway and they installed pipes to prevent water erosion. My neighbor saw their work and hired them to revamp a concrete porch and install screens."

I had already received a few other quotes and BBCC came in at the best rate and were willing to negotiate the price a little. They completed the job the next day and my sidewalk looks fantastic. "It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. When my neighbor accused them of causing a problem, MJ was quick to respond and the team on-site made a point of apologizing to her in person. I don't think MJ caused the problem, so I was very impressed that they "went high" to investigate the matter and, as I said, apologize for the inconvenience she felt she suffered. The work they did inside to remove mold and seal the wall was thorough and neat. The gentleman doing the work cleaned up everything and took all of his equipment and trash with him. his is especially important since he was working with strong chemicals. My contact in the office was prompt to address anything I threw her way. It was easy to make payments online. Best of all - no sign of water in the basement since they were here!!"

"This particular project was to refinish hardwood floors in a 95 year old house. Most of the floors were painted and they restored beautifully. Ed Martin was very responsive, and managed the project effectively from beginning to end - on time and on budget. We have had horrible experiences with other contractors for other projects and wish we had discovered this company much sooner. For example, for this project we scheduled two other flooring contractors for estimates and they never even showed up! This company is professional, timely, clean, and a good value."

"Saed and his team helped me with two different projects in my home, one was to remove our load bearing kitchen wall and the other was to create a vaulted ceiling in the living room by removing the ceiling joists. They handled both the permitting documentation and the construction work. They completed the work quickly and did everything they said they would. Saed and his brother are very easy-going guys, and I would highly recommend them."

"They called to set up appt. and were very courteous and professional. The day of the service call they emailed and phone to see if we could do it earlier (as we were worried) and they met us to do the inspection. They were thorough and they determined it was not a sewer issue. The service call (reasonable priced) was well worth our peace of mind. They did NOT try to sell us extra services or inspections we didn't need. We'd call them again with an issue in a heartbeat. Highly recommended from a customer service perspective."
