Their technician arrived -extremely professional prompt and surprisingly knowledgeable young man.  He fixed several doors and handles that were sticking and giving us major problems, examined some handles that were broken and gave us a clear idea of how we or he could fix them.  He did not charge us for his services that day (!!!) and I will absolutely be calling them back to install new handles on several doors.

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. A meeting was arranged for Derick to come an look at the location plus take measurements.
He showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process.
I was given a very fair estimate to which I agreed to and he then put in the order for the door.
Once it came in he returned and installed both the door and new opener.
Once done, he tested it and showed me how to lubricate and care for it.
All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

"The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."
