Comment: Three basic tasks two styles of fencing: Styles: 1 Decorative Post & Rail fence and 1 Privacy fence around the back yard 1) High winds damaged part of a post and rail fence. The original company that installed the fence is out of business but the company that the materials were purchased from is a well known vendor. So I need 1 Post needs removal and replacement. The rails are fine. 2) Due to frost heaving and ground movement one of the posts on fence door is out of alignment and makes the fence difficult to shut on a privacy fence 3) A section of the privacy fence in the rear of the yard has caused a middle rail to wiggle free from one of the posts. I am assuming this is due to hot/cold expansion and contraction over time. This rail just needs to be moved back so the middle rail is stable.
