"The service and work that Beantown provided was outstanding! From the very prompt and efficient estimate by Jim to the completion of the work from the workers everything was outstanding. Derick the project manager and his team with Tony, and others were here early on the day the work started and worked extremely hard the entire time they were here. When they left, the room was all cleaned up and it was like they were never here, except for the outstanding job on the installation of new skylights! They did a tremendous job, and they removed the old skylights that were leaking and installed the correct skylights for the pitch of our roof. We are extremely pleased with how the work was performed and how nice they now look. Previously the trim on the inside was all damaged from the leaking and continued to leak and show water stains. They repaired the trim also and now it looks fabulous and does not leak at all! It doesn't even look as if there is glass in the skylights as they are so clean and installed correctly! What an outstanding job Beantown did in a very timely and efficient time frame. The job was completed within 3 hours! We have already gotten an additional estimate for our main bathroom shower and will definately be proceeding with more work from Beantown. These guys and this company are top notch contractors and so easy and professional to deal with (and reasonably priced too)!"

"These guys are fantastic! This is the second time I have used them and both experiences were excellent. Last year we had a major leak in a slanted part of our rubber roof. Fixed perfectly. No leaks again. This year we had other parts of our roof leaking (1870 house. Lots of roof pitches and types) they identified the issues, replaced two small roof areas on bays areas, replaced all the broken slate tiles and replaced very old and non-functional down spouts. "Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

I didn't know the name had been changed to "Newton Roofing Residential", and was under new management/ownership.I called and Mr. Melo answered right away. I explained the problem. He personally came to inspect the following day. I had feared a new roof might be needed, but he explained the damage was likely caused by a damaged (perforated) shingle. One of his crew came out 2 days later and replaced the shingle. The price was reasonable. I also noted another shingle that lifted, due to a "nail-pop". This, a relatively minor matter, was repaired at no extra charge. I cant' recommend Newton Roofing Residential strongly enough. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and polite. Mr. Melo took the time to explain matters to me in detail. I will certainly be using them for roofing matters in future,"

"Quick response to repair leak which was great because heavy rains were on the way. Partial roof replacement was very conveniently scheduled around the weather and my and my tenants availability. Work was completed in less than a full day. They cleaned up well. No mess left outside the house or on the porches (3 family house)."

"Power Construction did a great job installing the roof and lead flashing the chimney. Just have to wait for a couple of good rainstorms to find out. They initially did a good job of protecting the house with tarps, however, there was a big hole in the center of the tarp and my front stairs got tar on them when they removed the old roof that I had to power wash off. They should repair the tarp. Second, I have a screen porch on the back of my house in which I had just put in new screens and told them to be very careful not to damage the screens. When they removed the old roof from the main house the screen porch was well protected and no damage could have occurred, however, when they removed the old roof from the screen porch they slightly damaged one screen and there were multiple tar marks on the side of the screen porch and some wood siding was damaged. I imagine this type of damage would be typical of any roofer. The project manager on the day of the job was excellent, except he had to leave for a few minutes and something came up and communication with the workers was a challenge since my high school Spanish is not very good, as there was not a lead roofer identified that I should speak to in the event I needed to when he was gone. The workers were all very courteous and attentive to what needed to be done and made sure they cleaned up the yard afterward. Lisa, the point person at the company was an absolute pleasure to work with and provided excellent customer service. She was very helpful and courteous and made sure everything was in order before and after the job was completed. Power Construction offered to come out and replace/fix my damaged screen and to power wash my stairs and walk as soon as I conveyed it to them, however, I had already completed the work as soon as I noticed it. (Happy wife Happy life) When the owner of Power Construction heard I had cleaned up the tar on the stairs and fixed a screen he asked how he could compensate me for my time and materials. I requested Power Construction could replace the gutters on my screen porch and put in a new downspout instead of financial compensation. The owner agreed to have the gutters and downspout replaced at no cost to me. He wants to make sure all customers are 100% satisfied. Once again excellent experience working with Power Construction, I definitely recommend them. My next-door neighbor is actually in the process of contacting them to replace their roof."
