"Luis and his crew did a fabulous job. Removed and hauled away a 70 year old Ivy fence surrounding the front yard, along with old brick surrounding the interior of the yard. Removed old grass from a long strip between the sidewalk and street. Instead of fixing the brick planters under the two front windows, we ended up having to replace both. The house was built in 1955 and the bricks were just falling apart. The front strip between the sidewalk and street was replaced with 5 spaced out succulents and river rocks with gopher wire and barrier underneath with a drip system added. The old ivy fence was replaced with hedges. We had a very large tree removed from the front yard in 2019. The area had sunken in over time with old tree roots exposed leaving the yard very uneven. There was also a sunken area on one side of the yard. Both areas were filled in and leveled off. The grass area already had a sprinkler system from 2012 that Luis will be updating. A new drip system was put in for the hedges. The two planters were rebuilt with large bricks and river rocks were added around the existing roses and large pots. There was a dirt area over by the chimney that they also leveled, added barrier and river rocks. Looks great. Luis will be checking back to access the filled in grass areas to see how they’re settling and then will amend the grass and fertilize and plant a Crepe Myrtle tree centered in the yard. Once the hedges are established, Luis will untie the tape, remove the stakes, fluff out and trim. Everything already looks fabulous and the neighbors have been texting how great everything looks. A neighbor down the street asked for an estimate for their property. The crew was very hard working and would clean as they went. At the end of each workday they made sure everything was spotless. Probably more details than needed, but this was a lot of work and they did a fabulous job. Would hire them again and highly recommend Luis and his crew 😊"

"What a transformation â a gorgeous patio surrounding our pool and elegant walkways around the house -- and all thanks to the people of Install-It-Direct -- a company dedicated to our project from the first consultation to the last installation. Dennis Caldwell and Aaron Dishon led the team. Dennis was key to formulating the design. He discussed with us various scenarios, and made excellent suggestions. Chief among them was extending the patio to include walkways around three sides of the house which connected all paved areas, giving it a unified, smooth, and seamless look, and adding an improved drainage system. Aaron did superlative work in coordinating all aspects of the project, which included the demolition of the old concrete and brick patio, installation of the drainage system and the pavers, and resolution of all other items. He was always available for questions and concerns, and that continued even after the project was finished. The installation crew was led by Antonio Sanchez. He and his team, Leandro and Roberto, were outstanding. They demolished the old and built the new on schedule, including extra projects necessary to complete the design. Their work is simply beautiful. The entire team are professional and knowledgeable. They kept to the timeline, the cost was fair, and above all, they made us their priority. We would not hesitate to hire Install-It-Direct again."

He was very responsive to my ideas and even was able to make some last minute changes to the set up I asked for. "I am very impressed, and pleased, with the job that Quetzal Landscapes did for me! My yard is beautiful! Kristian (the owner) was very professional throughout the whole job. He was here every day (for about an hour) to get his crew going with the projects of the day, and to look at the work that had been done the day before. The concept that was taking place was so beautiful that I kept adding many more projects to my original landscaping "vision." Kristian removed (he actually got right in there, himself, with a chain saw) 3 very large Birds of Paradise trees (roots and all) and artistically landscaped my 4 terraced levels with exactly what we talked about. Kris has a very creative eye. Beyond the planting, Kris envisioned, and put in, a small patio on the 3rd terraced level with redwood stairs going up to it.I can now see the mountains and the fireworks from my yard. The crew that was there every day (7 days a week until my job was finished) was extremely hard working, and fun to be around. Kristian worked with me on my tight budget and was very thoughtful in presenting his ideas of my landscaping. After my landscaping was completed, my drip system needed to be monitored and changed each week. Kris came out himself (from about an hour away), twice, on a Saturday, to change it for me. Any follow-up that was needed, Kristian was there immediately to handle it! It is too bad that this review has no place for a before and after picture. Quetzal Landscapes did a beautiful, beautiful job...... Way beyond my expectations! Bravo Kristian, and your wonderful crew."
