"Tim came out and provided an estimate the same day I called. We set a date for the work to be completed and he showed up as scheduled. He cares about the quality of his work and kept me informed of what he was doing and why. He repaired, primed, and painted several rafter and starter boards on my hosue and also replaced a rusted out kitchen sink faucet all within the budget he quoted. In addition he came back a couple days later to add a 2nd coat of paint at no charge and reinstalled a roof tile that had fallen off - at no charge as well.
