"We sing the contract; the contractor came and measured the concrete stairs and existing broken handrail, and we got quote sing the contracts paid deposit and they came to install it just to see that the handrail they ordered was too small. Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."

Milan provided excellent guidance on design and material selection and all of the actual work was done by a dedicated crew of Milan employees, overseen by an extremely knowledgeable and personable foreman; no revolving cast of day workers was utilized. What also stood out was how clean the crew left the house at the end of each day. Finally, Milan refused final payment until we were 100% happy with every detail.
