"I had an excellent experience with Ocean Seven Builders that I wanted to share with the google community. I had a kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeling project, and I had no idea where to start. I interviewed a few companies but Eli, from Ocean Seven Builders, was super informative, honest and straight-forward. Throughout the entire project, communication was great and they always kept us informed and updated on the progress. Whenever we were uncertain about a decision, they patiently walked us through the options and made sure we were happy with the results. Also, Eli and her team were extremely conscientious about issues that came up and dealt with every issue calmly and efficiently. To sum it all up, From booking an appointment through having the job completed, Ocean Seven Builders was fabulous to work with. They were responsive, courteous, and displayed a high skill level throughout the entire project. The finished result looks very high end and we managed to stay on budget. Thank you Eli and Ocean Seven Builders for my lovely new home."

"Great work! This company is very professional and honest. Ezra was the person that came over and did the inspection. We originally wanted to know if our house have any issue or problem with energy. His report was given after he did a 3 hours inspection thru the entire house and his workers covered any opening that can cause any problem. After the workers completed the
covering, He then ran a test with a special machine and took some screenshots of before and after. All the images were included in the report that cover everything. At the end of the report we were able to determine the problem in which it was not the big and Ezra gave us the option to fix it as well under a separate estimate.

IF I HAVE PROOF FROM POST OFFICE THEY WERE MAILED WHY WERE THEY ACCUSING THE CUSTOMER OF " TRYING TO SCAM THEM" WE HAD A CONTRACT I BELIEVE THEY DID NOT WANT TO FULFILL THE CONTRACT OR DID NOT HAVE THE PANELS TO DO SO OR SOMETHING SO THIS WAS THERE WAY OF GETTING OUT OF CONTRACT.. THEY BLAME THE CUSTOMER WHEN THE CUSTOMER DID NOTHING WRONG.... ALSO READ REVIEWS OF THIS CO ON YELP ETC THEY ARE NOT RATED LIKE ON ANGIES LIST... I WILL NOW BE HIRING A LAWYER TO SUE THEM FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT...WEB SITES FOR REVIEWS WAY DIFFERENT ON SOME OTHER SITES.......I PLAN ON CONTACTING THE NEWS ALSO ABOUT VERENGO AND THE SCAM THEY ARE TRYING TO PULL ON ME.....TO GET OUT OF THEIR CONTRACT............................................"

"Very detail oriented. Ensured every part was fastened properly and methodically, that water would drain away from the house correctly, and the roof would was secure in case of earthquakes. Inspected overall condition of roof as well. Also took note of any future issues that may develop from weather/wear and tear with other structural parts of the home. Punctual for both consultation and for the day of work. Excellent value and would hire again for future roofing or contracting needs.
