"After a high-pressure sales pitch presented as an estimate, a "3 days tops" job turned into a month. The materials are good quality and the overall end result is fine now, but it was a circus during the install! First, someone drove a screw through the wall straight into an electrical outlet on the other side! Thank goodness the house didn't burn down when it shorted out inside the wall. After going back and forth with a supervisor "Aaron" who was never even there during the work, saying that it was an existing problem in the electrical system, it finally got fixed. When there's a brand new 3-inch screw going through the box, that is definitely not an existing wiring problem! Apparently they ran out of the screws they were supposed to be using and tried to improvise... Then, 2 floor tiles were cracked during the job and they had to be replaced. Luckily, the same tiles were in stock at the local big box so it was able to be repaired without changing the entire floor, but tack on another day of work. Then, the shower doors were installed upside down and backwards, so another trip had to be made for that to be remedied AFTER they had to order a completely new set of doors! So for 2 weeks we were shimmying into the shower behind a shelf at the back wall of the bathroom. All in all, for the price you pay for this type of shower, I'd expect the workmanship and attention to detail to be much better. The crew was very nice during the process and did eventually own up to and fix the flubs, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd buy a top of the line kit from a big box and have an independent contractor install it for half the cost. I was also encouraged to leave positive reviews in exchange for a gift card, which would explain a lot of the 5 star reviews around the net..."

From the first contact to project completion, Ryan was a consummate professional. Ryan and I were in continuous communication related to the job. He was very responsive to questions and flexible to my schedule. When he got to my house, he had everything he needed to do the job and did exactly what I asked him to do. No negotiating an easier path. I really appreciated that. When all was said and done, Ryan had done a superb, professional job despite the heat in the attic (over 120 deg F). If one can do a professional job under difficult conditions, I’d trust him to do any work on my house. I would hire this guy in a second for any future plumbing job. "It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."
