"They quoted me a price over the phone which is why I scheduled. When the provider arrived he told me the price was almost double that. I told them if that was the game they play, he could leave and stood my ground. He agreed to the phone quoted price. Carpets were steam cleaned with water only. No pretreatment, no moving of any furniture... Bare minimum. The technician was pleasant. I had moved most items out of the way, but it was the most minimalistic service I've ever had. I resent the bait and switch game. There are plenty of competitors out there. I would not use them again."
