"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

"The old fence was really beyond repair, and he showed me why. Ken gave me an estimate to replace the entire fence. Once I signed the contract, he gave me the date he could do the work. He started work on the date of the contract. When he finished for the day, he told me he had final work to do on the gate, but did not have the materials to complete the job. He said he would be back in 2 weeks to complete the job. He returned as promised, and completed the work. I am a satisfied customer, and Scapes Design will be my first choice in the future if I have other landscaping jobs."

"Chris of CM Contracting contacted me promptly to schedule an appointment to discuss the projects.  He conveniently scheduled an evening appointment to meet with me.  We reviewed the projects and he offered advice on the door that would work best in my home.  When the materials were in, Chris contacted me to schedule an appointment to complete the work.  At the scheduled time he arrived promptly with an electrician and 2 others to complete the work professionally and promptly.  They installed a toilet, a ceiling fan with a remote, a hallway fixture and a bi-fold door.  They did excellent work, removed the old items and cleaned up the areas they worked in.  I just moved to the area and I am extremely pleased to find a contractor who does excellent work at a fair price. Chris followed up with a phone call to make sure that I was satisfied with the work completed.  I highly recommend CM Contracting and plan on using them again for big and small projects in my home.

"Brandon did extensive work around our new in-ground pool. He put in the fence (pool code compliant), and then was back this spring to do all the landscaping inside the pool fence. He had a plethora of ideas for all the plants and was the full-service solution from design to install. He knows what will work under the immediate circumstances (salt water pool for us, hence needed salt-tolerant species that can handle all-day sun), and is full of suggestions on what to do. We love the install he has done and look forward to it all filling in to maturity as time goes by. Brandon is very easy to work with, but it is his knowledge of the subject matter that matters the most. He worked with us to keep prices reasonable, and after settling over the winter even re-adjusted our gate latch to perfect working order. There were also a few plants that didn't do so well in the transplant process, and Brandon came back and replaced them. Summary: Very solid fence build. Beautiful and thoughtful design"
