"His name was Jesuf, he came in and he was on time and found the spot and all that stuff, I had a couple of issues metal wound the two of the upper corner casings, he was really great and he was phenomenal, he only charged for $40 for every hour and I give him a tip. I just want to leave a positive highest rating, This was more affordable and was more realistic. He has his guys doing the jobs. I can tell he was so good since he was doing it very quickly. I want to make sure people realize he's affordable. I really enjoyed my experience with them and he was the owner, it was all around positive experience. "I ordered a Sunsetter awning from Smart Repair. They ordered the wrong size and installed it on my house. I have been trying to get the awning replaced for 2 months. I am getting the run around and now no one will return my calls. Then I found out that this “deal” was almost twice the going rate for a similar product!! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE PATIENCE AND MONEY TO BURN!! Edit: This is part 2 of my previous review of Smart Repairs. All of my paperwork says I ordered an awning from Sunsetters. After trying to resolve my original issue with the awning being too short, I find out that my awning isn't a Sunsetter awning at all but from a different company that I never heard of or was told of!!! FRAUD!! I am still playing phone tag with the owner- he is always out of the office and won't return my calls. I was told from another worker that the offer to refund my money was rescinded since I wrote negative reviews about the company. So now they are strong arming me and doing consumer fraud!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!"

"Appalachian Creek Construction did a great job fixing my mom's pool deck. It was damaged by a fallen tree and caused major support shifts. The team came out, walked me through how they would repair it and gave me a quote. The repair was fast and efficient. The deck feels more stable than before the damage. Pricing was fair and would definitely use them again for future repairs. "

"Mike Passman and Doug Moore investigated a Home I am selling. New. Just passed County inspects. The only positive reviews on these ppl is 7 years old. Check google and Angi They eroniously reported to buyers that the home has negative slope into the foundations on the ENTIRE perimeter. That water flowed into the home. Need to remove deck and trees they said. to fix the sloping on whole house they said. Gutter drains are a problem they said. HOWEVER, all slopes were measured hours after the left with the appropriate fall in all sides and 1 area was still being worked. Reported gutter drains as a problem yet all but 1 is piped out 10 to 30 fert from the home. They even noted 1 as Burried when it simply terminated at the French Drain he didnt even notice. Complete Incompetence in My Opinion as a Licensed contractor of 20 years. Their report was written on a Word Invoice as well. Extreemly unprofessional. Cant say it enough... Extreemly unprofessional"
