"The company was very fast, efficient, and very professional. I had to have my sewer pipe replaced, so they had to dig up my laundry room and bedroom floor. About a 1’1/2” wide of concrete floor They fixed the pipe and repaired the cement floor and cleaned up all of there mess. The workers were very nice and did a great job. And very far price. He answered my questions and made an appointment for the same day. He arrived at the house, reviewed and resolved the problem in twenty minutes. "Had an emergency water pipe leak with water running into the basement where Groundworks had already installed a sump pump and drainage system. The pump clogged up with mud and wouldn’t work. Josh Moreno responded and worked so hard getting the system apart and cleaned out. Unfortunately he couldn’t finish until we got someone out to dig up the front yard and replace main water line. Josh was here first thing Monday morning and finished cleaning the system out, tested everything, and got everything working again. We are so thankful he responded to our home and took care of it. "I found Pure Water Plumbing & water Purification, by way of searching on the internet. My Mom always told me to get at least 3 quotes on a job that you are going to pay for. My 1st quote was well over $3000 bucks just for the water heater and install. The 2nd one didn't want to install the water heater brand I wanted but was right at $1500 bucks. Then because of the way I was looking Lanney of Pure Water gave me a call. He was very knowledgeable and was over $500 less than the 1st quote with the same brand of water heater. Lanny also recommended my getting a ""Scale Reduction System"" installed with the new water heater. By adding that, the water heater doesn't get the build up inside of scale from the hard water here in Englewood. When Lanny was getting ready to leave the supply house to head to my home. He gave me a call to let me know he was about an hour out. Once here, I showed him where everything was and the main shutoff for the home. He and his appr were able to get the entire job done in less time than I thought possible. Afterwards he showed me the completed job and everything was done ""Up To Code"". (The last time, 16 years ago, I found out when I had the water heater installed. It wasn't up to code like they had told me they were going to do). I let Lanny know before he came to my home, that I have a dog that is 13 years old but loves people. She is an American Staffordshire Terrier that is very friendly when I am with her. Lanny's appr was a little apprehensive her. But Sophie Lynn won him over. Every time the appr would go in and out of the home to get supplies or take stuff back to the truck. He got to the point of giving Sophie a head rub. (She Loved It). So, if you want someone that is going to give you the best craftsmanship alone with a much better warranty. I highly recommend Pure Water Plumbing and Water Purification. Note---- If there is a problem with the water heater down the line, while still under warranty, other companies will replace it for free. But you have to pay for the re-install. I gave 5 Stars on my review only because giving 6 or 7 or even more was not available."

"This company has been our "go to" business for all of our plumbing issues for years, and just yesterday (July 16) they replaced 10 feet of our sewer line. The crew was extremely gracious, worked well as a team, and took extra care to not damage our backyard. And when the job was done, they took more time to restore our landscaping so that you can't even tell a backhoe was in our backyard! My wife and I highly recommend this company!"
