Company said yards were slow to green because of prior year's weather but all other lawns on my street were green, even untreated ones. Said they'd come re-treat in five days and never came. Said it was because they were busy and behind schedule. I called and canceled future service. Put fertilizer from home depot on lawn and greened right up. Aside from rep being friendly nothing set them apart from other lawn companies in opinion."

"The rep that came out was professional and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and came just at the right time, as we had recently been talking about hiring someone to come out and take care of our yard. The company offers many services along with fertilization and weed control, such as mosquito control, tree and shrub care, fire ant control, etc. We will likely take them up on the fire ant control. The thing that stood out for this company over the rest is the lack of a monthly contract (we all know how hard those can be to get out of if you're dissatisfied) and the fact that the rep will call before coming out (we have two dogs and know that some lawn care companies do NOT call first). The tech that came was prompt and polite, and they were able to get us scheduled within the same week of signing up. I will come back and edit my review once I see the results of the work, but since there were no reviews out there I wanted to add them to see if anyone else had reviews to post. <br />"

"WOW! When I called, I was told that King Green doesn't lay sod, just provides lawn care. I asked if there was someone they might recommend, and Olivia checked with the owner of King Green, who recommended someone and said they'd pass my name, phone and address on to him. Three or four hours later, Olivia called me back to say that they had learned that their first recommendation doesn't service my area so she gave me the name of a second business to help me! Talk about going above and beyond! If this is an indication of their customer service, you know who I'll be calling for lawn care once my new sod is laid!"

"I couldn’t find a way to edit my first review, so here is this one...Overall should have been a “B”. At first it was great! They showed up when promised and performed the work efficiently. As time went by, however, family issues interfered with scheduling. I was understanding and we worked together; however, toward the end of the time, they did not return texts or calls, so I’m not sure what happened. They are a lovely couple though and worked hard while here. I would hire them again."
