"Came a day earlier than scheduled-luckily I had placed 2 of the trees & the 3rd was in an obvious place. Trees have survived & done well but in the process of moving the dogwood they broke the cart the tree was in. I had placed in there as it was too heavy for me to lift & it was the only way I could get it out of my car. The cart was not sturdy enough for the load-not sure way they could not have moved it themselves. No apparent attempt was made to repair the cart nor to let me know of the incident.

"Lifespan was very prompt in responding and getting the work done. There was major English ivy overgrowth and in an afternoon they cleared up years of problems. They also have cleaned gutters, mulched leaves, trimmed trees, and finally mulched all the beds. Great work and constant communication and picture updates during the work."
