Our roof looks amazing and it cost much less than some other companies we received estimates from. We even upgraded to a level 4 shingle, and had the ridge vent installed. Clay was available to us by phone, text, and email throughout the entire process. His customer service skills are outstanding and he is transparent and honest! Amazingly, the crew was able to scrape 3 LAYERS of old roofing materials off and completely install the roof in one (very long) day! (About 14 hours of HARD work!) The cleanup process was fantastic as well. They layed down tarps around the entire perimeter of our home and when they strategically rolled them up, the crew left nothing behind. We have found 1 stray nail in our yard. "Great company on a number of levels: 1) Price - I spent a few weeks getting estimates for gutters and K&K was easily one of the best value prices, especially compared with some of bigger companies nearby e.g. Thrasher whose quote was three times as expensive. 2) Didn't try to upsell - I went with the standard 5inch K style gutters to match my existing gutters. These were great, Chris did not push toward purchasing more expensive options. While other companies recommended adding expensive extra sections, Chris was upfront and let me know that they were unnecessary and would do almost nothing to protect my roof or foundation. 3) Quality of work - As far as I can tell the quality of work is great, the gutters look to have been solidly installed. 4) Service recovery/honesty - there was a small miscommunication about one section of gutters. When I let K&K know they looked into it, were completely honest and open about where the miscommunication came from and sorted out the issue the same day I brought it up. Great price, great quality product, and very willing to sort out any issues ASAP! Definitely recommend you get a quote from these guys!!"

"We have asbestos shingles and another company removed the shingles. Integrity Exterior Solutions contract was to put the new shingles on. I checked into other companies that did both removal and replacement, but it was $1000 less to go with two separate companies. The shingles placed were Owens Corning TruDefinition - color harbor blue. The two companies coordinated well and had the job done in three days all together. They probably could have done it sooner, but there was a delay of about several hours waiting for the shingles to show up. After the asbestos shingles were removed and the new shingles arrived, the team worked fast and stayed until dark. Some cons: afterwards, we did find nails and roofing material in the gutters, flower pots, and in the yard. It was about a bucket full of material. Plus, there was large sheeting material left in the back yard. I know that a construction site can get messy, but the manager did say they would go through the yard and pick up any loose materials. We let the manager know, so he can let his team know and he was apologetic. Therefore the rating of a B."
