They built it on-site, and then replaced our gate with a much heavier gate that is reinforced with metal piping. But, within two months after installation (April), I have counted 22 boards that have either split and/or twisted/warped, thus far! So buyer beware: THERE'S NO WARRANTY IF THE WOOD SPLITS, TWISTS OR WARPS. Lastly, here is some sage advice: avoid the heartburn and, most importantly, save your money.
