"Through Angie's list we found J. C. Wilson Roofing Company. Our roof was 20 years old and in need of replacement. A phone call was made and an appointment set up for Chris Voss to come give us an evaluation and price to complete all the work needed. He arrived on time and spent all the time we needed to answer our many questions. Chris was personable, patient and informative! He was thorough in his description of work needed and the price was reasonable. It didn't take long for us to hire this company. Work began on the date designated and was competed in two days. Cleanup was thorough and timely. The crew was incredibly hard working, respectful and polite. We needed additional chimney and siding work, also skillfully completed. Project coordinator, Keith, was on site the majority of time which was appreciated. All in all, we are more than pleased with our experience with J.C. Wilson Roofing Company and would recommend them unconditionally. Our experience far exceeded our expectations."

"When needing repair to a leaking roof I contacted 5 roofing companies for their recommendations and quotes. Only Patric Hamilton with Worthman was professional and personable. "The roof construction itself is quality work. The roofing crew arrived on the time and date specified and cleaned up after their job. My roof passed county inspection. My issue with the company is not with the roof itself, but with their warranty. The salesman advised me this company has a 15-year workmanship warranty on the roofs they install. This was a key determinant to choosing this company over its many competitors in the area. The salesman even showed me examples of competing roofing company sales contracts which indicate only a 5-year standard warranty for work done. The salesman confirmed the cost with Covenant to be higher because of this 15-year warranty. I signed a sales contract which states 12. ALL WORK COVERED BY A 5 YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY. CRC upgrade_warranty applies. The salesman confirmed that their CRC (Covenant Roofing Company) upgrade warranty was to total the roof under a 15-year warranty. He stated I would receive the warranty at the completion of the roof. I was sold. The roof was built. The final CRC inspection was completed by a project manager. I asked about the warranty paperwork. He stated I would receive the papers upon payment. I asked specifically if there were any out of pocket costs. He said he did not know, but that the paperwork would indicate such terms. At a later time, this is the warranty coverage I received: Covenant Roofing Construction, Inc. warrants to you an extended warranty of __15___ years. This warranty is transferable to one new owner. This warranty includes 5 years of unconditional workmanship. An officer of the company will need to perform a maintenance inspection of the roof starting on the 6th year and every year thereafter for the life of the warranty. There will be a fee of $150.00 per inspection for the recertification of the roof. If an inspection is missed the warranty will become void. This warranty does not cover product defects, extreme weather conditions, or acts of God. This warranty does not cover any additional cost to remove and/or reinstall any roof peripherals to complete repair. Needless to say, I was distraught over the additional costs of maintaining this warranty and the indication that it would become null and void if I was non-compliant. After several in-person and phone conversations, there was no remedy to the fact that I would need to make additional payment beyond that of the sales contract if I desired to continue my warranty coverage after 5 years. They did, however, gift me 2 separate VISA gift cards in the amount of $50 and $150 for my inconvenience. The office was pleasant and apologetic in listening to my concern, but apologies will not cover my cost after the initial limitations. I advised them not to sell customers on what they are not actually offering in their agreement and without making such knowledge available to the consumer."

"It was a great experience. We have done business with a lot of companies and this one was by far one of the best. Ken Martin, Owner, and Chris Lentzke, Vice President were wonderful to deal with. When I called this company, Chris was the person I spoke with and after he came out to price the job, I knew we would do business with this company. We were advised of what would be done, the cost, how long it would take and guaranteed us that when the job was finished we would be happy. He answered any questions or concerns that we might have and when there were problems, Chris came out (I know over 8 times) to make sure that we understood what needed to be done to take care of the situation. How many companies have you done business with where the owner comes out to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction (4 times). Randy & Gary, who did the actual work, were the most conscientious wonderful people we have ever been involved with. They really know their stuff and care about making sure the customer is totally satisfied. When they ran into a problem, we were shown the problem and told what needed to be done to take care of it and then Chris was called, and he came out to advise us of what it would entail to resolve the situation. They always did what they told us they were going to do. Also, they were very prompt and treated us with the utmost respect. The painters this company uses does a good job too. After the job was completed, the owner and Chris came out to do a walk-around to make sure that we were pleased with the work done and we were. As my husband will tell you, I am not an easy person to please (a perfectionist) and have problems trusting companies, since we were taken advantage of by other companies who made promises that were not kept, but this company made me feel at ease and assured me that I would be totally satisfied when the job was completed. The main thing we like about this company, is that they have been in business for a long time, plan to be here and we know if anything goes wrong, they will take care of the problem. You have to trust a company you do business with and it is hard this day and time to find an honest company, but this certainly is one. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done. A wonderful company and a wonderful bunch of people to work with."

"I had a few singles fly off during one of the hurricane storms that came through. I was switching home owners insurance companies and wanted to get this taken care of quick. Due to the age of the original shingles, it was hard to color match. This all took place in the Summer of 2020 in the midst of the virus, when supplies were in short supply. Devon and team searched all available resources and came through in a pinch to get the materials, worked late and even on a Sunday to get the job completed timely!"
