"From beginning to end our experience with our entire bathroom remodel, fully done by RebuildIt Inc. met all our expectations! The project was completed timely, ON BUDGET, & the craftsmanship was top notch. We’re so happy with the final result! The work & materials were both high quality & came out beautifully. We have had nothing but compliments on how beautiful it looks. Even the City Inspector told us they did a great job. Ciana, who was the project estimator and wrote the bid & contract, was amazing & she was with us throughout the whole process. Raymon, who was one of the project managers was always courteous & handled any question or concern we had throughout the project. He always made sure we were completely satisfied. Dinu, the construction manager, listened to our every concern and addressed/solved each & every one. Every single commitment they made was delivered. All the crew were very courteous & really worked hard to make sure we were happy. Will definitely use again!"

"Frederick Scafani, the owner of FSP General Contractors, has done a terrible job with our kitchen tile flooring — the tiles are chipped, lippage is large, and all the grout is cracking and coming out. He has taken an illegal amount of deposit ($3000 when $1000 is the legal limit in CA) and has not fixed his work or returned our deposit. He has not responded to phone or emails. There were many other things that went wrong, including him not tapping water pipes and flooding the kitchen and hallway, with water leaking down to the floor below, but I’ll focus this review specifically on tile. I would highly advise to steer clear of Fred. Tile installation and grout: $5,840 Tiles + delivery: $1,295.86"

"Michael and team did such an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. They took our tiny, dysfunctional bathroom and turned it into a true master bathroom oasis in a short amount of time during the holiday season. When they had the space down to the studs, Michael sat down with us and discussed in detail the best possible use of the space and we couldn’t be happier with our final decision after going through the options. Michael was great at communicating and we still stay in touch to this day, which we truly appreciate. Great team who does great work and I will absolutely be giving Waters Construction a call for any and all future home renovations. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking. "

"I am very happy with the work done by Cannon General Contracting. They showed up when they said they would, did excellent work and kept us informed throughout the project. Everything was completed on time and with great care. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust and Scott and his team are definitely one of them! I highly recommend them. "

"We have had to completely redo all of the work done by Frederick Scafani. We were able to receive a full payout from his bond to cover the losses, so for anyone considering hiring him, please keep in mind you will not be able to collect any compensation from his bond. Besides being unable to complete the majority of the work our contract was for, Fred failed to level out the floor before laying tile, which caused all the grout to immediately come out. The tiles had a lot of lippage and movement, and some were chipped and cracked. The same goes for the wooden flooring he laid. All of the boards have significant give, cracking, and cupping, so all of the engineered wood also had to be demolished and relaid properly. Fred also collected $3000 prior to starting work, which is illegal. GCs are not allowed to collect more than 10% or $1000, whichever is less, by law. He stopped responding and refused to refund us for the work that was not completed or provide any receipts for the material"
