"Ely and team did a great job on demolition of my old patio and deck and the building of a concrete stamped patio. Not everything went to plan but Ely worked to solve any problem that did arise. His team was professional, efficient, prompt, and kept the worksite clean. Ely over communicated to make sure we were happy. The project was on time and on budget. As someone who has previously worked with poor contractors on home projects, Ely and team were a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Ely and CQS for any project!"

"Clayton was very helpful in explaining the process and making suggestions that resulted in a slab and walkway that exceeded my expectations. I will call him whenever I need concrete work done and will also highly recommend him to others."

"I couldn’t be happier with the concrete work completed by Ibarreal Construction. From the initial estimate to the finished project, the entire experience was professional and hassle free. The crew arrived on time, communicated well throughout the job, and paid close attention to every detail. The finished concrete pad looks outstanding. It is level, well-finished, and built exactly as promised. Even with the limited access to my backyard, they handled everything efficiently and did not cut corners. Their workmanship and pride in their work really show. I highly recommend Ibarreal Construction to anyone looking for quality concrete work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. I would definitely use them again for future projects."

"Ismael was very professional and helpful. He contacted soon after I reached out to him about a quote. He walked me through each step in the process. Did an amazing job on my patio and maintained a clean work environment."

"I had asked for quotes from 3 different contractors to build a stamped concrete patio with a pergola - Integrated Design are the only ones who showed, designed, and completed the quote. They were on time, professional, friendly, and completed on time, even when I added electricity and a fan to the pergola. Most importantly, the cost they quoted did not increase!I love my patio!"

"End result came out way better than expected! Completely satisfied with the job done. Contractor walked me through the process of the whole thing and did a very good job. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing concrete work!!"

"Miguel and Katie kept me informed of the estimate, planning, delivery, work, and finishing process. The price was competitive and fair and the work was done fast and extremely professionally. "The technician was very professional and had great knowledge of the sprinkler system, and explained what he was doing. Also after he fixed my system he went threw all of the rest of the yard to make sure it all was in perfect working condition. I would highly recommend this company."
