At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. Rob and his team did an excellent job. Rob was in constant communication with us, and was at our house nearly every day for 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours to oversee and check the workmanship. Rob brought us issues and made recommendations.
