"I have used their services personally as well as professionally for years. I recently mistakenly sent a zelle payment to the Owner, who is actually named Mercedes. As soon as I realized I made this mistake, when the Mercedes I intended to pay reached out to me, I reached out to her to let her know my mistake. Not only did she not return my messages, she blocked me and kept the $505. To say I am disgusted and appalled is an understatement. Not only was I a good customer, I provided her with thousands of dollars worth of mint condition clothing for her daughters every season. Leather coats, winter coats, dresses, Ugg boots, etc. I made many attempts to reach out to her and have been ignored. I even pleaded and said please at least come do a deep clean and return some of the money to me. No response to myself or my bank who has been trying to contact her on my behalf. I would be very wary of allowing someone with this kind of moral character into your home."

"I hired Simpson Home Improvements to replace a 8' section of gutter and install flashing on the fascia board under the gutter. After the install I was not satisfied with the way the corner of the gutter was not square, rain water did not drain from the gutter and the hole that he cut for the downspout was really bad. He did promptly return to adjust the gutter slope and assured me that it was fine but told me that he could not correct the corner because the downspout was twisted. Unfortunately, the gutter did not drain properly. I suggested that he could pull the gutter down and start over or refund me a portion of the bill and I would do it myself. He agreed to refund me half of the payment saying he didn't think he would be able to satisfy me. It took me 1.5 hours to loosen the downspout, adjust the gutter and recut the hole for the downspout. The gutter now drains properly. He was very nice and prompt and I felt bad but I didn't think my expectations were unreasonable."
