"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

A significant amount of both plumbing and electrical work was required. The quality of the work is outstanding. "literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."
