"We hired Jim Lockhart to design and construct our old run down screen porch and make it into a three season porch. Jim used excellent communication skills and computer technology to design, explain and show pictures of the finished product. His forty years of experience were evident when he went over the progress of the project, and the cost factor of the project was reasonable and fair. He also put two new storm doors on and did an exceptional job. Jim and his crew go out of their way to make you satisfied. They take great pride in their work and do an excellent cleanup job. I highly recommend Jim. He works on customers homes as if they were his home. The quality of work is exceptional. You will be satisfied and happy using Lockhart Construction."

"Dan was great from start to finish. Being new home owners he walked us through the options available to us and found the best door for our needs and budget. Dan’s work was top of the line. He took great care when installing the door and everything turned out even better than expected. We look forward to having Dan help us again, when it’s time for our next home project!"

"Shaun and his assistant were friendly and professional. We had a slight mix-up with timing but communication on the day of install was good and everything was taken care of. It was a great experience, we discussed other possible jobs at the end of the install."

"My husband tried to put pulls on our new bathroom vanities and messed it up. Andy repaired cabinets and drawers and installed new pulls as well. He also repaired a problem on my wood banister. I will be saving his contact information for future projects"

"About a month after the inspection, I met with a different company representative.  I found the rep to be aggressive in the sales pitch.  I had the window replacement removed from the quote but went with the spray-in insulation for the basement and the attic and a door stop and 2 insulated doors.  The workers who did the installation were very professional and did a complete walk thru with me.
My issue with the Mark Group was arranging for payment.  I normally due electronic bank transfer for most of my purchases and have rarely had an issue.  The reps at Mark Group had never heard of a electronic bank transfer.  I called the company several days after I transferred the money for the deposit to arrange the date for the work.  Mark Group refused to schedule a date since they did not have any records of payment.  Usually I have never had any issue with scheduling a date and the reps refusal to discuss a date was very annoying.  I guess that as long as you pay with paper check, money order or cash, you won't have any problems.
