"Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

"Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and quoted me exactly what we discussed. Cape Fear Heating and Air is now my first call whenever I need help."

"I am grateful to have found Out the Door Plumbing and recommend them highly. Zack and Hutch operated in such a professional manner, stepping in after a botched assessment by another plumbing company that left the problem untreated for several days. Not only did they clearly know their business, they performed several tests and their diagnosis was spot on. There actually were two issues, the less obvious one being the cause of the water leakage. Thank goodness they figured it out. They were thorough in not only completing their job impeccably, but also putting me in touch with other top-notch professionals for the next phase of the project. You canâ t go wrong with them!"

"Excellent, prompt, courteous and professional service all the way from initial contact from ARS quickly reaching out to me to set up an appointment to the work done by their technician. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and proved to be very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. He quickly identified the problem with my water heater and had it fixed in a short amount of time. I am very impressed with ARS and will use their services again in the future for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend ARS."

"My repairman was great, he was upfront he noticed a few things that were in need of repair. I decided not to go with the gas line because it wasn't budget friendly but did get my water heater flushed and my line fixed."

"Great service. They came in and assessed the issue and provided options for the replacement of our gaspack. The company was knowledgeable on each option and answered all of our questions. Prior to install we had a walkthrough to double check they had all the parts for the new gaspack, and completed the install of the new device in less time than anticipated the following day."

"Dennis and Dwayne are awesome people. Detail-oriented, patient, good fellas. They did a bang-up job installing a new tankless water heater. Dwayne is heckin strong. Dennis is wicked smart. Pretty sure these guys build nuclear-powered space rockets for fun on the weekend. Check em out."

"Excellent installation of water heater."

"I  called Scott at The Water Heater Experts on a Saturday when our water heater suddenly stopped working.  I left a message, and he returned the call very promptly.  He explained that they were fully booked through Tuesday, but that their policy is to return all calls and attempt to provide direction.  He spent 15+ minutes on the phone with me and my husband going over details about our water heater and troubleshooting.  He advised that we try to unplug and restart the unit.  It worked!!!  There is no doubt who we will call when we need to service or replace our water heater in the future.  What a pleasure!!!  A+++++++

"Found that toilet was not sitting on seal & floor correctly, causing minor leaking. New seal was needed as well as shims to keep the toilet from rocking. Only complaint is that the floor screws were not cut down so that covers could be put back on. Not sure what happened to the covers - I think they may have thrown those away."
