He contacted me the day after I requested quotes through Home Advisor and I texted him what I had in mind and photos. He needed more info and came out the next day, gave me a quote on site and scheduled my job for the following week. In addition to fitting me in within a week, his pricing seemed fair (of my four quotes, his was right in the middle) and I felt good about his experience—Wes told me he installs two to three chargers a day. When I asked for a charger recommendation and whether to hardwire or install an outlet, Wes was quick to suggest Chargepoint and hardwiring, which other electricians were less definitive about. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills.
