We were just disappointed in two things: 1) There were stains on the house of which we were not aware- it wouldve been less of an unwelcome surprise had they been pointed out before (the estimate) or mentioned during the job. It was just a bit of a let down no to come home to a perfectly clean house 2) the pressure washing of the pavers and retaining wall seemed a tad rushed. There are still some grimy spots on the wall and there is still quite a lot of junk (moss and such) between the pavers. I expected better and i think it maybe just got a once over."
