"Our hardwood floor was badly damaged due to a pipe leaking from the condo apartment above us. As soon as we called Hometown Restoration, they responded quickly and sent their experts to inspect the damage. With the help of the dryers, they begin the drying process quickly. After that, they removed the whole hardwood floor and cleaned up our entire apartment before departing. Hometown Restoration performed an excellent job on floor restoration. They were quick to respond and helpful. They also had a friendly approach and were considerate. We sincerely thank the Hometown Restoration team for their excellent effort. "I cannot say enough good things about Keith and Clean Pro. From the initial visit and inspection Keith was respectful, professional, and compassionate about our problems. After inspecting everything Keith took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. I never felt like he was rushing or pushing us just to get the job. His answers and info that he provided felt sincere.
We scheduled an appointment within a week. His crew was on time and very polite and helpful. Keith showed up just minutes after his crew arrived. While part of the job was being done, Keith spoke with us more and offered additional info regarding mold and toxins. He also put us in touch with a reputable environmental testing company. (long story short, we tested positive for high levels of mold spores, which is why myself and four other people that had spent time in my house became sick with hives, etc).
Additionally, I have a brand new tempurpedic bed that I was concerned about being contaminated. Keith offered to have his crew move my bed to a friends house, clean and sanitize, and set up in my friends house. (note: since I have been out of my house for weeks, any items from that house that I come in contact causes a hive breakout. The toxins compromised our immune system and we are still very sensitive to any of those toxins). I was initially concerned about the bed staying contaminated even after they cleaned it. However, the method that Clean Pro used worked. We can now at least lay on the bed and not have to worry about flaring up. Keith even sold us a bottle of professional mold cleaner at cost for when we need to sanitize any other items.
I wish that I owned the house so I could hire Clean Pro to do any additional mold remediation that may be needed. I am very hesitant to trust certain vendors in similar industries, but from my personal experience I can vouch that Clean Pro is a quality company that insists on doing a job right, has excellent customer service, and fairly priced. I highly recommend Clean Pro !!!

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"A week project took three weeks. Three times people scheduled to come but didn't show up or call. Some work had to be redone. We had plenty of visits from supervisors. Ultimately the work was finished to our satisfaction."
