All of the teams were professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Come to find out we live in a historical tree protection zone, so, in addition to lining up gas and electrical permits, Brandon had to hire a licensed tree arborist to conduct a survey and obtain a tree permit, all of which Brandon did for no additional charge.
