"Complete failure to complete and professionally replace my front door, over a period of 8 MONTHS. I have now hired a ********* to correct and finish the job, and will use the balance "owed" to Treasure Valley Exteriors to pay the *********. In July 2023, I signed a $4707.89 quote for the new door, paying them a 50% deposit of $2300. Balance due was $2407.89, minus $1000 discount you said in September that would apply for your s**** **** That remaining balance of $1407.89 is going towards my hiring a ********* to fix it all. I will not pay TVE another cent.Over the next month, THREE different men came by to re-measure, look over the job. On Sept. 18th, they came to install the door, but when they got here, they said they didnt have the right tools, and left. They came back on Sept. 25th with the door, ripped off the trim and removed my door, then 10 minutes later said the door they ordered is the wrong size. ?? I told them theyre not leaving until theyve somehow fixed my old door so I"

He arrived as scheduled, even a bit early, and took time to do a walk through with us before he started the install to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. Hunter was also extremely knowledgeable and was able to give great suggestions when we were trying to make decisions. We could tell that Hunter has a passion for installing gutters and works very hard at providing a good final product. We valued Hunter's honesty, outgoing personality, and great attention to detail. "Bad from start to finish. No communication they showed up one day without notice and finally after 6 days the roof was done. They knocked 2 light fixtures out of the ceiling, broke the door jam in the bedroom and had to work with bedroom door to get it closed. After they put in the new venting neither bathroom fan worked I had to fix them myself which also consisted of cleaning out the debris and getting the fans to work again. Left lots of nails in the yard where we let the dogs out. Dislodged the furnace vent pipe and had to call out my furnace/Air conditioning people to fix but they did reimburse this bill. Someone fell on the deck awning and dented it in several places, my bad not going to make it right. Overall a very bad decision on my part for even going with this company. Too expensive and really not worth the money. One good thing the roof looks good. My advice don't use them find someone else I should have gone with my second choice. They did a couple roofs in this neighborhood and were done in 2 days and the roofs look great. Not really worth even 1/2 a star."
