"I reached out to Gulf Coast Softwash to get a quote and Sean was very prompt in returning my call. He gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member. He said that he would include driveway pressure cleaning at no additional cost but I told him that I had my own pressure washer and did that myself so he gave me a larger discount - 15% in total, which was much appreciated. Sean told me his lead time was extended a bit because of the pandemic, which was no problem. We're all struggling with it and he was only a week and a half from when he quoted so that wasn't bad at all. He texted his quote, proof of insurance, and pictures from other jobs, which were all very helpful. I decided to go with Sean because he was slightly cheaper than the other quote I had obtained. Sean came in at $386 for my 2200 sq ft roof. Sean and his helper arrived on the appointed day and right at the appointed time. I warned him that we had an L shaped wall on the side of the house with a pergola on top where my wife keeps all of her orchids. He brought a tarp along and made sure it was covered so no damage would come to the orchids. Sean was up on the roof and his helper was spraying everything around the house. They did an excellent job. The roof looks great and no landscape, lawn, or foliage were damaged from the chemicals. I had warned him that the last roof cleaning company caused significant damage to my lawn and plants. I would highly recommend Sean and I will definitely use them again."
