"He never put a water shut off like we discussed. The price quoted was with water heater and everything to go with it. I purchased everything including materials and even the water heater and he still charged me the amount quoted even though I supplied everything. Then I provided him 2 checks and he promised to deposit the second check the following week and instead he deposited both checks at the same time with overdrafted my account and left me with nothing until next payday. This was a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional. We brought it to his attention and he didnt even care. The whole experience was a nightmare."
