"Spagnoli Flooring replaced our floors in May 2023. They did a spectacular job right from material recommendation / selection to installation. They recommended Mirage Floors for materials. We selected Sierra red oak engineered hardwood, 3/4 inch thick. It was perfect for our needs & exudes a certain warmth & richness throughout the entirety of the space. The installation process was streamlined. They moved furniture from one side of the apartment to the other as they proceeded with installation. New baseboards were modern. They replaced a wooden saddle on the bathroom threshold & installed a new saddle on the kitchen threshold - both marble - with the same high-quality workmanship seen in the overall floor install. Their workers - including project manager, were professional & courteous, & protected the apartment while working in it. Their customer service & back-office support was exemplary ensuring Certificate of Insurance (COI), job scheduling & payment processing went smoothly. They also proactively ensured the home owner received a rebate that the materials supplier happened to offer at the time of ordering materials. Overall, a great experience! We love our new floors! Have already recommended them to a friend. Will continue doing so & will definitely use them on future projects."

"Jack's initial communication was great. We scheduled to replace my basement flooring after a water heater flooding. I bought all of the materials for the flooring. Jack had his team replace and install bamboo flooring. They did a great job with everything. In my closet, it looks like we ran out of wood. So I had to reorder one more box of wood. A week and half later, once the wood arrived and acclimated to the environment, Jack's team came back and finished the job. Overall great job."

"Francis was prompt in all his communications and was eager to carry out the job to our satisfaction. We wanted a particular type of low VOC material used on the floor and he was very helpful in tracking it down and in helping to find an alternative when our first choice was not available locally. The job took two days, one day for sanding and one day for coating the floor. He made sure that the dust was contained in the work areas by taping up plastic covers for all openings and worked efficiently and as unobtrusively as possible, given the noise level inherent in this kind of work.
