We paid extra for him to come back after the floor was sealed and put ram board down to protect the newly finished floor from other contractors doing other jobs in the house. "There was a little mix up about when the work would start; however, once that got straightened out everything went very well. Had to rebuild steep steps on our raised front deck and did a great job. There was more rot than what they thought but the estimate held other than having to order some wood to make the repairs. Did a great job and had it done in 1 1/2 days. Highly recommend them."
