"After being let down by Duran Fencing, I am so glad I found out about Josh. Josh was great. Very pleasant and responsive to call. Accommodated need for meeting on a Saturday. Showed up on time. I have an existing fence in front yard that neighbors love but the metal rusted in just a few years. I choose a USA made metal fencing. The supplier recommended Josh. Josh was familiar with the product and knew the lengths available. My existing posts in an area are too far apart. We discusses options and we settled on one I liked best. I though more posts would need to be removed but he said they were fine and suggested ways to protect them to make last longer. He did not try to sell me something he did not think I needed. <br /> Josh emailed me a quote in a timely manner. The quote structure was very professional, detailed and thorough. I wanted some changes to the quote which he accommodated. Everything was handled in a timely, pleasant and professional manner. Upon signing, Josh advised when the fence material would be available (I choose a metal fence material that had to be ordered from the factory). He has kept me advised. I look forward to working with Josh and getting my fence installed. I am so glad the local fence supplier recommended Josh. The guy at the fence supplier was extremely helpful and informative. Glad I found them both. <br /> I did not rate for quality as the work (installing the fence) has not been done yet. If you consider quality of review, suggestions, timeliness, and presentation of quote, I would give him an A. I did not list price as I consider that confidential especially as the work had not been done yet. <br />"

"It was a pain in the neck job because old rotted fence section was all overgrown with ivy and he had to do some jack hammering of existing concrete. Great job overall, me and the neighbor are happy. <br />"

"Original attempt a total bust. Guy got lost. Took him 2 1/2 hrs to do 30 min trip. After 3 calls from me to office, guy finally called and could speak so little English that I couldn't even help him get un-lost. I cancelled. Do you really want someone working on your electrical who can't find his way out of a paper bag? I felt sorry for the guy......Should he really be sent forth without a map or directions? With computers and technology today, that should not happen. Office called and apologized and said would reschedule and give me an extra hour. I said OK. This time guy who is owner (I think) came with another man and things got done. They cut time in half but man hours were equal except some of the time the one guy was only watching so not as productive. They installed a light fixture (everything was there, they only had to attach wires). It looked good. Second thing was to hang a large oval mirror. Had some difficulty in getting it hung straight, but finally OK. Third was installing new door handles on most interior doors. That went well. Price thru Angie's list was good. I asked regular rates for future work and was told $65/hr. that seemed a bit high for handyman work. Most I have used are in the $35 to $45 an hour range. I gave the owner credit for trying to correct the first disaster. Without that I would have given an F withoutt fail. He tried to do what he could to not have a bad mark. <br />"

"II think we were over charged for the amount of work that they did, Overall the job came out beautiful!   But they had to come back 3 times for misc. things to fix . The kitchen sink leaked after installation also my granite counter top edges  were dull and not a shiny as they should had been. So that had to come out and rebuff and seal the counter tops . <br />"
