I had deck and porch damage from a big tree that came down and glanced the side of the house after a bad wind storm we had. Upper deck was unstable. Repairs needed to be done ASAP. Mack was on it right away. His communication thru out the job was outstanding, sending me pictures of his progress along the way. He finished quickly as well. "L-W Construction showed up on time, snapped some photos to show and explain the damage roof and skylight to me. Made it easy to understand why the roof was leaking and the proper way to correct the problem. He gave me the total cost with all materials and clean up, which seemed good to me so I excepted it."

"Bobby was incredibly professional, and did wonderful work. I had a shed that was sagging and had rotted wood. He skillfully replaced all the rotting wood with fresh quality wood, and completely rebuilt the barn doors - I now have custom doors on my shed! He also fixed a broken window pane and installed window sills to keep the wood from rotting again in the future. While he was here, he repaired my fence and also sanded down some doors for me so that I could repaint them. He worked outdoors during our coldest days of the winter: 7 degrees. And he worked when there was a foot of snow in my yard. Just shoveled himself a little path and set up all his work equipment. I couldn't believe he was so dedicated, and that he kept to his schedule despite the crazy weather. He also didn't let me pay him until all the work was done. This guy is a keeper!"
