"I called Archer to clean my upholstery, one of which was stained with recent cat urine. Rob, the owner, showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was professional and quickly but thoroughly completely the job. My sofa shows no signs of stains and the smell has vanished significantly. All 4 pieces are very clean and look like new! When he was finished, he advised me as to the upkeep of furniture and even gave me recommendations on replacing the sofa cushions when needed! Rob was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I highly recommend."
