"My husband and I came home from visiting family over the holidays to a busted pipe in our basement. It was the main water line coming into the house. There was a river coming out of our garage and 3 inches of water in our basement. Not exactly what you want to come home to from being on the road for 10 days. Next day I called Pro-Worker and someone was sent right away to assess the damage. Steve was great and within 20 minutes I had a reasonable quote. Next day Steve came back with an excavator to dig up and fix the pipe. Leading up to Steve's arrival, I was kept in the loop of the estimated time of arrival. We had called other commercial names in town. One gave us a quote 4 times greater. Told us it would take half a day and a crew of men to complete. A couple of others told us they couldn't get to us until the end of the week, even though we told them we had absolutely no running water. Pro Worker/Steve came with one other guy and was done in just a couple of hours. As you can tell by the length of this post, I can't say enough great things about Pro Worker. We would definitely use them again and suggest them to anyone!"

Before they began work, we requested multiple quotes for tree removal services and Brian came in the lowest of all and was also the friendliest and most professional of all of the other contractors. I asked for references and when I spoke to them, they all said Russels Tree Service were the best. They were right! Brian and his team did a fantastic job at removing the trees, leveling the land and even offered some great landscaping tips. I guess I'll have to wait and see how it all fills out the wide gaps of mulch. They didn't leave my driveway clean when they were finished. When my wife asked them to pressure wash they tried to charge us extra... Ridiculous. I called to get it corrected and it wasn't addressed. It made me upset because Brian said he would ensure pressure washing would be done after they were done. Guess not... I'm in Afghanistan and it was extra difficult to get a hold of anyone. They're website does not cite an email address. Very frustrating. <br />"
