"I am an interior designer and had two closets designed for a client and ordered these in December 2020. It is august of 2021 and the closet still is not done. The rep Mariana we worked it was beyond incompetent and unprofessional, not to mention entitled and very cold and impersonal. We paid over $10000 for these very small closets and they have done nothing but provide an untimely, faulty design, shotty workmanship and poor overall customer service- from the rep, to the installers, to the scheduling manager. It’s all been a horrible experience. We have tried to escalate the situation to management, just to find them over stretched , and though polite for a change, have gotten zero done to help our situation. Still hoping to wrap this up within the year but who knows. Stay far far away. Services: Cabinet design, Installation, Cabinet installation, Custom cabinets"
