"Pro is diligent, communicative. I live in a small town 1/2 hour outside a major metro area. This pro is located in the big city, but as the ONLY pro to respond, I felt lucky to have them at all. It's pretty expensive, but that's the price you pay to get someone to service a single property/pool in a remote area. As I've got a lot of experience ATTEMPTING to get my pool from green to blue with small successes here and there, I feel they know what they're doing. We're still in the green cleaning stage, so having positive thoughts about them continuing to show up. Would recommend this company and the tech in particular"

A significant price change without prior discussion or transparency is disappointing and not what I would expect from a professional service provider. I understand providers can increase/charge what they like, but it should be communicated to the customer ahead of time so they can decide if they want to proceed at that increased rate."

He showed up when he said he was going to, and sometimes when he didn't say he was. We truly appreciated that. As new pool owners it means the world to work with someone that does what he says he is going to do. Although a few of our questions were meant for other departments he took it upon himself to get us the answers we needed.
