"I was picky and got 5 quotes from most of the reputable roofers in the area. Paddys was not the cheapest which was 2000 less, nor the most expensive which was 2 times as much. Of the three grouped in the middle, they asked for the largest percent down, but provided the most materials. Also, I am not a roofing expert, and they were one of two companies that agreed to have the shingle manufacturer come out and inspect the roof was installed correctly, in order to validate all applicable manufacturer's warranties. The crew was curteous to my family, they were on time, and finished by the end of the day. Clean up was good, but there were a few bits that got left in the mulch and bushes that were not seen until we got back to spring landscaping. All in all I would reccommend this contractor for the work performed."
