"In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."

"Gary Pierrtti designed and installed a curved front brick walkway, an L shaped side brick walkway for our new home last fall. We are delighted with his work and have received so many compliments from our neighbors. Gary just completed a major patio installation for us for our sloped backyard. He put in a curved retaining wall that also serves as extra seating around the fire pit also made out of interlocking pavers. "Mike Widdoes came out promptly, and I was impressed. He's clearly been in the business a long time, knows his stuff, made several helpful suggestions, is friendly and professional. Unfortunately I had gotten myself in a bind (long story) and needed someone very quickly (less than 2 weeks lead time). Since Widdoes is busy (that's a good sign), they couldn't meet my timing needs and I went with someone else (I told Mike not to spend time working up an actual quote since the timing wouldn't work, so I can't comment on price). However, if I need concrete work done in the future, I'll definitely call Mike."
