"I highly recommend Concrete Genie! The owner, Eddie, is very good about giving a quick response. I found him on Angie's List. I put in a request for a bid on a new concrete patio late one night and Eddie gave me a call first thing in the morning to set up a time to come out and give me an estimate. Most concrete companies I would try to get a hold of never would get back to me. I was given a written estimate the same day he came out. He was very thorough and explained everything. He said he could start working on it in two to three weeks. I was shocked when he came out a week after I signed the contract with him to start working on the patio. It took them about a day in a half to get it ready to pour the concrete and poured the concrete that evening after the prep work was done even when the temperature was 100 degrees. Eddie then came out a week later to seal the patio. Very impressed with Eddie and his crew! We were going to put in a new deck, but are very happy we decided to put in a patio instead. We love our new patio!"

"We had been looking for someone to repair a damaged step on a front porch. We tried about 4-5 companies and they either said no the job was too small or they had no time or they didn’t respond. Shawn Hiatts first response to us was I think it is going to warm up next week, I can get it done then. He showed up and did the work. He went above and beyond by making the step a little wider, which was very acceptable to us. Less chance of falling off as the other step was not so wide. Also we were aware of needing dirt work done around the house and rock out over it. He told us that we might want to get dirt work done to save damage layer. We told him yes we knew it needed done. He offered to do it at a very reasonable price. That evening the dirt work was done and the next morning rock was down. He is very efficient and professional.
