"While mowing my lawn, I noticed a puddle of water that wouldn't go away. After the city confirmed it wasn't their issue, I reached out through HomeAdvisor and marked the request as urgent. Chris responded almost immediately and came out on Saturday to assess the problem. Since the parts store had already closed, he returned first thing Monday morning with the necessary parts and quickly fixed the issue. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Chris not only repaired the leak but also took the time to make a few additional adjustments and improve the area, leaving it looking better than before. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to throughout the process. If you need someone you can trust with your irrigation system, Chris is your guy. Thanks again for the excellent service!"

"My house needed an emergency repair to a couple of windows due to wood rot that was exposed by the storm. I called multiple companies and received return calls back from half of them. The others could not fit us in but Bill was able to come out and assess the damage. He was very thorough in his assessment and provided us a detailed explanation on what needed to be done to properly fix the problem. He also provided us an option that would provide a temporary fix that will give us time to arrange the finances needed. Even though he was booked two weeks out, Bill recognized the repairs needed to be done right away to prevent further damage and he graciously squeezed us into his schedule the next day. We are very pleased with his quick response and feel the price was fair."
