We were disturbed about the additional cost, Vincent remained calm and presented the option and additional information. We did choose to include cleansing of the blower motor. Ask specific questions about what is included in the service purchased. We are satisfied with the service provided."

"We have a horrible HVAC system & duct setup due to the fact it's a self-contained HVAC system for our condo unit only that's located within a larger building (so it doesn't exhaust to outside nor does it pull outside air into our home, but rather is an entirely closed system within our apt only)- the building's lone role with our HVAC setup is to supply a water feed used to keep the HVAC unit itself at normal operational temperature, but that feed doesn't bring any hot or cold water to heat or cool our home (respectively). However, because the HVAC unit is mounted hanging from the roof & then is covered by a drop ceiling on the bottom (all confined to a small "utility area" of our condo about the size of a modest walk-in closet), it's always been very hard for me, or any professionals to reach it easily enough to properly service it- including cleaning out/changing filters, cleaning the registers/returns, to do regular maintainance, etc. That all being said, the crew from Life Air Care did their job very thoroughly despite many difficult obstacles which could have prevented them from doing the work as we'd requested it & they did so while being very careful to not leave any mess from their work. I must give praise for them acting very kind, professionally & honestly with me when discussing what they thought they could do to work around the HVAC's design flaws to be able to carry out the job correctly/fully- should also note that they tried extremely hard to act kindly & gently to my very scared, little dog, which was a bonus for sure. Our HVAC system it's ducts are all now clean again- not spitting out dust all over our home anymore, so I'd certainly hire this company again when I next need another cleaning done. I was pleased with it all- from the work they did & their professional, kind demeanor, to the fact that they were punctual for their arrival, yet were willing to spend extra time here to ensure they'd cleaned the entire HVAC system well. 5⭐'s!"
