Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. Communication was clear, he was reliable, and he handled issues quickly and professionally. The workmanship was high quality, especially the tile work and waterproofing (Schluter system), and the finished bathroom looks great. This was a full gut, but they encapsulated the work area, protected the floors, and kept dust from spreading through the house. They also cleaned the job site daily. The crew worked 12 days straight to demo and completely rebuild the bathroom, which minimized the impact on our family. Fair, transparent, and easy to work with. Highly recommend."
