We prefer to use local businesses whenever possible and Chris’ company had excellent reviews. Chris replied promptly and gave us a clear, well documented proposal. The proposal was for a 300W transformer remote smart phone app control for up-lighting 10 driveway trees and converting our driveway entry 120v post lights to low voltage LEDs. They were very thorough in all aspects… job was completed in 1 day and next day Chris came by to get the wifi interface working with our smartphone. "Simply the best! Joe takes pride in what he does and even snuck back to power up the rear motion lights! He did a complete house wiring from service entrance to the porch lights. He is honest and thorough and very fair on pricing as he doesn't have to pay for a fleet of vehicles or buildings. He stayed within his estimate, even though a couple of these repairs needed a little extra time.
The only issue I have is that I had thought he would be working for us on Monday, December 12/14 and Tuesday, 12/15.  in the end, he ended up working for us on December 14 and the 17.  He mentioned this change for the second day after he concluded what he could accomplish on December 14.  Since I live out of town, this was a bit of an inconvenience.  But in the end, it was worth it.
I would recommend this guy to anyone...in fact, I wish I could keep this guy a secret because he's so good and I want to be able to easily schedule our next repairs promptly.
He will next be replacing the sink fixtures in the Kitchen and the hall bathroom.  I'm sure it will go as smoothly and efficiently as this last job went.

"I was under a time constraint due to insulation replacement scheduled for my attic so I needed to get this done by a certain date.  Joe was responsive, worked with me on scheduling and was able to get the work done and meet my deadline.
What should have been straightforward cable runs became very complicated due to duct work and steel beams that weren't known or identified.  Despite this setback, Joe worked through it over a very long day and a half day to wrap up and was able to complete the job to our full expectations.  His integrity was exemplified by honoring the original price and not trying to add for the unforeseen circumstances.
