"We found NY Landscape Lighting through Angie’s List. We had 2 other proposals for up-lighting our 200’ winding driveway. We prefer to use local businesses whenever possible and Chris’ company had excellent reviews. Chris replied promptly and gave us a clear, well documented proposal. All materials were top quality and after my many questions, it was clear Chris knew this business quite well. Pricing was competitive -not the least or most expensive. The proposal was for a 300W transformer remote smart phone app control for up-lighting 10 driveway trees and converting our driveway entry 120v post lights to low voltage LEDs. His crew of 3 were extremely polite, left everything so clean - didn't look like anything was disrupted. They were very thorough in all aspects… job was completed in 1 day and next day Chris came by to get the wifi interface working with our smartphone. I will definitely use him again – we plan more work in the fall."

"My heat stopped working and I called an HVAC company to come out and assess the issue. They indicated it was an electrical problem.  I was very afraid that it was going to be a huge cost.   I then went back on Angie's list to look for a reputable electrician. Mac Electrical Contractors had the best overall reviews so I gave them a call.  David and Milton came out on time and were very professional.  After about 20 minutes in my home they sourced the issue and as it turns out, a breaker on the heating unit burned out.  They went and purchased a new breaker and my heat was back on and i was warm and cozy again...YAHOOOO!!!!
I was so nervous it was going to cost a ton of money. I paid $140.00 for the repair and was very satisfied.  And to top it off, they even cleaned up and used their own portable vacuum to do it. I could't ask for anything more.   I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Mac Electrical Contractors.

"He was prompt, knowledgable, professional and ensured we were completely satisfied before he left.
He stayed within his estimate, even though a couple of these repairs needed a little extra time.
The only issue I have is that I had thought he would be working for us on Monday, December 12/14 and Tuesday, 12/15.  in the end, he ended up working for us on December 14 and the 17.  He mentioned this change for the second day after he concluded what he could accomplish on December 14.  Since I live out of town, this was a bit of an inconvenience.  But in the end, it was worth it.
I would recommend this guy to anyone...in fact, I wish I could keep this guy a secret because he's so good and I want to be able to easily schedule our next repairs promptly.
He will next be replacing the sink fixtures in the Kitchen and the hall bathroom.  I'm sure it will go as smoothly and efficiently as this last job went.
