He even informed me about my shingles potentially being a part of a class action suit that could result in a small settlement. He also found wind damage to my roof that somehow the other 3 contractors missed. William and Pam met with my insurance adjuster and to my surprise the roof of the house was covered because of the wind damage. The end result is beautiful; we love it! Kaufman was among the higher estimates we received, but you get what you pay for and, in this instance, it was worth it. When my work schedule made it hard for me to keep an appointment to look over materials and spell out a few last details, Adrian from All American was able to meet me at my workplace to keep the project on schedule. I am fussy about details and All American was willing to accommodate each of my requests without hesitation.
 The new roof went on very quickly and looks great. Because of the careful cleanup there was no sign up the huge project that they had just completed, only a beautiful new roof where there had previously been decades old curling and torn shingles.
