They took care of the situation with no problems and completed the job in about an hour and a half. As it happened, we also had a problem with our A/C the same day, and Matthew came out and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. "We moved into our house September of 2021. The previous owners had a long haired cat that peed everywhere and had a litter box under the bed in the master bedroom. (Beyond nasty). We hired family that has a cleaning business to clean the carpet and to be frank they were awful. David and James from Stanley Steamers came over and.... Well, beyond awesome!! We have a newer build (11 years) and we had no clue the carpet was actually white. Very meticulous and very pleasant/fun to be around. It was interesting and kind of embarrassing what they were able to pull out of the carpet. It was kitty litter and cat hair and I promise we have tried to deep clean with our Bissell vacuum and carpet cleaner. David and James made our carpet look new again. We highly recommend them. As for moving furniture.... It is not their job, help them out or give them permission. They don't want to ruin anything."

"I needed a total HVAC rehab in my house and Dantzer was recommended. They came over as promised and looked at the system with me. We decided to put in a new furnace and update the infrastructure so it worked with my existing AC units. The guys were very clear, concise, detail-oriented, and professional. They pointed out several code violations that existed with my HVAC setup at the time and corrected them. So, once I got the money I called them and they were over at the house within days. In one morning they installed the new furnace, installed a new low-voltage line to my AC unit, ran the condenser to my sump pit, fixed all manner of funky tubing in the basement, removed the old furnace, cleaned up the basement, and got out of there. By the time I took my lunch break they were gone, all that was left was an informational packet on the side of my beautiful, high-efficiency furnace. Very pro guys. Fast, effective, and they cost less than I thought they would. They answer the phone every time I call and have the info I need. Probably the best contractors of any kind in Fort Wayne, based on my experiences."
