Shamrock came back on Monday, Feb 9, and put roofing tar around the chimney and stated that it would fix the leak. I paid the remaining balance of 200 dollars, and Vinny said they would email a receipt with all the info. On Sunday, Feb 15, it rained, and I still have a water leak. I call Monday, Feb 16, at 888-737-0903 to let them know the leak was still there. The person told me it was on a metal roof and would not send an installer back. I did request them to come back and give me another estimate, but he hung up on me"
